A2P is working towards resolving the paddy straw burning problem by putting up sustainable projects for converting the straw into useful products like Energy and Soil Conditioners. The aim of the business is to provide value to all the stakeholders starting from the farmers.
Our main activities include:
- Ongoing interaction with villagers and baler owners for straw procurement
- Sourcing of paddy straw
- Manufacturing pellets from paddy straw
- Establishing long-term partnerships with buyers of pellets in different Industries

Team

Sukhmeet Singh, Founder and CEO
Sukhmeet is the CEO of the company and focusses on strategy and sales. His vision for the company is to work with farmers on one end to increase their income and on the other hand to work with industry by producing NextGen fuels out of agriculture waste.
Priyadeep Kaur, Director and HR head
Priya is the Director and HR head of A2P, co leading the overall business strategy and heading the HR practice including learning and development. She has significant international experience in Tech and HR consulting.
Simranjeet Singh, AVP, Strategy and Business development
Simranjeet Singh is the Assistant Vice President with A2P and focusses on long term business Strategy and Sustainable business models. Simranjeet Singh has close to a decade of experience in Energy sector and has worked in Project Management, Supply chain Management, Operations, Maintenance and Planning.
Dr. Robert Berry, Director- Grants and Partnerships
Dr. Robert Berry has been working on A2P since its inception and has been the key partner for A2P from the Aston Univ. and European Bioenergy Institute. He has helped to take the A2P’s biomass to fuel technology from lab to commercialization and has expertise in scaling up social projects.
Farmers and Plant workers, The growers and magic makers
Hundreds of farmers are critical part of our supply chain through which we buy the biomass. We also help them to increase their income from the farm by buying waste biomass. Our awesome manufacturing plant workers weave the daily magic of converting the waste biomass into fuel.

Global Makers Challenge, July 2019
A2P was 1st-Prize winner of Global Makers Challenge and Global Prosperity Challenge under Mohammed-Bin-Rashid Initiative for Global Prosperity supported by MIT and University of Cambridge. The award was given at the Global Manufacturing & Industrialisation Summit.
